Queen's Accommodation for Visiting Students Summer 2026

Accommodation in standard rooms is available from 22 June to 29 August 2026 (inclusive) at a rate of £115 per week, with a minimum 7-night stay, plus a one-time £10.00 fee for bed linen (self-laundered).

Terms & Conditions

a) Summer vacation residence accommodation is available for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
b) Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards on your arrival date. Key/fobs can be collected from Elms BT9 Reception.
c) Payment in full is required at the time of booking. No refunds will be given for unused accommodation or early departures.
d) Students are required to present a valid student ID card upon arrival.
e) Guests are strictly prohibited in Vacation Residence accommodation.
f) On your departure day, you must vacate your room and return your keys to reception by 10:00 AM.
g) Booking extensions should be submitted as early as possible. Requests and full payment are required by 4:00pm the day before departure, or by 4:00pm on the preceding Thursday for weekend departures.
h) The University's insurance covers the building against fire, flood, storm, or burst pipes only. The University does not provide insurance coverage for personal belongings.
i) Off-peak gym membership is not included in short term accommodation contracts
j) if payment is not received in full within 5 days of making the booking your booking will be cancelled.
